Vertical Electrical Steam Boilers are ideal for heating, textile mills, rice mills, garment factories, utilities or power plants, hospitals, hotels, food and beverages, diaries, schools, chemical industry and more. When using Vertical Electrical Steam Boiler, the following points need attention:
(1) The supply voltage must not exceed ±5% of the rated voltage.
(2) Fuels are kerosene and diesel. Do not use gasoline or heavy oil. When the temperature is lower than 0 degrees in winter, 0# diesel oil tends to solidify and should not be used. It is best to use -10# diesel or kerosene.
(3) Ground wire must be installed!
(4) Construction requirements: strong and weak electricity must be routed separately, such as the weak current circuit of the water level sensor and pressure sensor and the strong output control circuit of the controller.
(5) Gasoline, banana water and other flammable and explosive materials shall not be placed around the boiler.
(6) When using a gas boiler, an electronic leak detection alarm device should be installed indoors to prevent accidents.
